Thank You

As an artist, I have found a love of depicting character expression. Whether that be subtle through the context of the scene or through the face or environment of the character(s) drawn. I attempt to put real emotion into that character’s life to make them not only entertaining but to also give them believable personalities.
Since attending MECA&D, I have focused this passion through storyboarding. By taking these animation based classes, I have met amazing artists who have helped me continue to grow as a creator as well as bring more strength to each of my pieces. I hope to show that growth in everything I create, from illustration to animation.
In addition to visual arts, I have a love for music. I write a lot of my own lyrics and play a bit of guitar as well. I pour a lot of my emotions into them with the same intention of giving someone something to relate to.

My thesis is a reflection of the people and things that I love. Through art and music, I dedicate this to my favorite people, who have constantly driven and inspired me, not only as an artist but as an individual. I am only here because of my loved ones.
